Why does my browser ask for permission?
Browsers never let a website use your microphone or camera without asking. Click “Allow” to run the test; you can remove the permission at any time in your browser's site settings.
Do these tests work on phones?
The mic and webcam tests work on recent phones. The keyboard and controller testers are made for computers, but also work with a keyboard or controller connected to a tablet or phone.
